In this paper, a new instrument for the compliance control in the production process of windings is proposed. It has been specifically designed for windings of MV-LV cast resin transformers, by implementing a SFRA (Sweep Frequency Response Analysis) based measuring technique. The proposed instrument was designed to be suitable for in line industrial production measurements. In this paper, the developed hardware and software features are presented, with particular respect to the pass-fail test execution.

Abstract
