The management of the recovery site in the post-seismic reconstruction requires a complex organization, whose characteristics should be defined in close connection with the qualities of the building and with the project. In reality it could be argued that, in the recovery work site, we always operate with more organizations related to the types of processing and the executive logics of the ancient magistries, both to those of the industrialization or specialized processes. In fact, there are special conditions that influence the work activities management: - quality and size, sometimes very small, of spaces available; - difficulty in storing, covering and moving people, materials and vehicles; - presence of adjoining buildings; -quality and complex interdependence of the various operational phases, that vary between operations of a general natureand specialisms concerning both traditional and new magistries; - absolutely crucial importance of temporary works, security and service. In conclusion, the recovery process requires a construction site with organizational and planning characteristics that guarantee an extremely flexible and articulate "structure" that is always different depending on the nature of the work. This paper deals with the complexity of the decision-making and methodological path that have been the basis for the rehabilitation of Palazzo Nardis-Oliva-Vetusti located in S. Abstract

Marciano street, in the historic center of L'Aquila.
