Norme in materia di domini collettivi ed assetti organizzativi

The law 20 november 2017, n. 168 «Norme in materia di domini collettivi» imposes new reflections. The law defines a precise systematic framework within a renewed prospect of valorisation and protection for the common lands. It is an arrival point of an evolution that, under the decisive impulse of the, has assigned a new role to the common lands, also recognizing the environmental relevance. The law appears a formidable opportunity for better preservation the common lands and to re-launch their ancient economic and social role in a modern perspective of sustainability. In this context, a prominent role is recog- nized to the communities and their representative entities, which must manage the assets according to the principles of perpetual destination and conservation.
