The proposed work describes a modelling approach of active circuits based on Artificial Neural Network. The solution here adopted uses an ANN trained to determine the necessary change of the tuning parameters to meet the desired characteristics of the circuit. With this solution it is possible to obtain an accurate and fast calibration of tunable devices. The method has been successfully applied for the calibration of a tunable active filter making use of two control voltages, therefore demonstrating the reliability of the proposed solution.

Abstract
