L’esercizio della sostenibilità sul patrimonio edilizio storico dell’Aquila. Prassi e ambiti applicativi nella fase della ricostruzione

The framework of strategies on sustainable housing has extended the operative field of energetic improvement to build heritage subjected also to protection measures. Sustainable practice, in the operational context of post-earthquake reconstruction, is done according to requirements of normative for the seismic and energetic improvement of all buildings, new or old, with a classification of the maximum damage level, type E. The extension, mediated and meditated for nothing, to those buildings, that formed historical tissue of urban core, subject or not to protection, puts in evidence the limits and the critical application of the operative methods defined in the sector of the new construction buildings. To this point of view is necessary thinking over again new theoretical assumptions and project practices.
