Throughout adolescence the individual faces multiple and forging realities. At this stage, the adolescent has to deal with countless realities that may influence the development of the mature personality. Among them, they may experience the process of addiction that occurs in our era, defined as hyper or postmodern. In order to describe the drug addiction phenomenon, it was first wanted to draw up a legislative framework and to offer statistical data regarding the use, the spreading and the treatment of drugs, through the analysis of several assessment methods and therapeutic approaches. Furthermore, the process of addiction was analyzed, both in the existential framework of the adolescence and in reference to the ruling ideas of our hypermodern era on the development of the personality at this crucial stage. Furthermore, it is believed that there is a relationship between the main characteristics of the addiction process and these dominant ideas with consequent social attitudes shared and appreciated by contemporary society. In order to translate the discussion into examples from the experience of psychological intervention, two different experiences of drug addiction with similar psychological traits were reported.

Abstract
In order to translate the discussion into examples from the experience of psychological intervention, two different experiences of drug addiction with similar psychological traits were reported.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
