Oil plays a primary role in modern economic activity and the oil companies are involved in several innovative activities to reduce the environmental impact of the extraction and contrast the decline in the productivity of oil fields and the volatility of oil prices in recent years. The oil industry is a critical infrastructure and therefore companies need to improve the resilience of the supply chain. The primary purpose of this research is to provide information for enhancing the resilience of construction site electrical systems that must be built for an oil well test. For this electric system is necessary to follow both the regulations for Atex environments and at greater risk in the event of a fire, and for construction site environments. In the paper, some considerations have been made for the realization of a resilient electrical system for a production test on an oil well. Finally, some solutions were presented to improve the microgrid system with RES and energy efficiency.
