One of the most important factors of the work-related musculoskeletal disorders of the upper extremities (WMSDs) is the biomechanical overload. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the possibility of the worker fitting to the job, to decrease the upper limb repetitive stress. In order to this aim, we have collected and comparated, in different controls at the distance of two years, the clinical-anamnestic and instrumental data of a cohort of workers in a car industry.
