In this paper we prove that, in even characteristic, the groups $SL(n,q)$, $PSL(n,q)$, $GL(n,q)$ and $PGL(n,q)$, admit a complete mapping, with the exception of $SL(2,2)$. Moreover, the same is proved for the Mathieu groups,their automorphism groups and $PSP(2,q)$, $q \equiv 3 \mod 4$.

Abstract
