R I A S S U N T O Alla luce della giurisprudenza di legittimità, gli Autori hanno cercato di verificare se ed in che limiti il dirigente del reparto (ex primario) possa rispondere dei comportamenti colposi riferibili ai medici operanti all'interno dello stesso e, dunque, fino a che punto si estenda la sua posizione di garanzia nei confronti dei pazienti ricoverati nel suo reparto.
