The contribution reports the data related to the monitoring of the first year of the project "Solo posti in piedi. Educare oltre i banchi", financed by the Social Enterprise “Con i Bambini”, with the aim of fighting educational poverty in L'Aquila, ten years after the earthquake that struck it in 2009. The monitoring action was carried out by the University of L'Aquila through the administration of questionnaires to students, parents and teachers involved in the project actions. The objective is to analyze and describe the levels of educational poverty present in the city of L'Aquila in order to initiate a reflection on the combination of educational poverty and emergencies, indicating models and good practices to be disseminated as actions to prevent and fight educational poverty among other educational communities.
