Abstract
Microwave microfluidic sensors have been recently investigated for rapid detection and diagnostic applications. This work shows a simple microfluidic microwave sensor that has the potentiality to be used as disposable sensor in chemical and biological analysis. The sensor is flat, thin and it is based on a microstrip structure specifically realized using 3D printing technology. Numerical and experimental results show a good performance in differentiating a large class of analytes from chemical solvents to aqueous solutions and organic liquids using samples of about 12 μl. © 2019 IEEE.File in questo prodotto:
