Abstract
A non local system of balance laws is presented as an encryption - decryption tool for general signals. The analytical results guaranteeing the effectiveness of this proce- dure are established. The reliability or precision of the method is assessed quantitatively through suitably introduced distances. Numerical examples show the feasibility of the whole procedure in the case of both one and two dimensional signals, such as texts or images. Numerically, the robustness of this method is also addressed.File in questo prodotto:
