Compiti, rituali, linguaggi: i micro-dispositivi che attivano disclosure non consensuale e bionormatività a scuola

Taking the 2023 Guidelines as its reference framework (MIM, 2023), this paper analyzes the organizational weaknesses that may undermine the inclusion and well- being of adopted pupils in primary and lower secondary school. It focuses on assignments, rituals, language, and teaching materials, which, when not intentionally designed, may produce non-consensual biographical disclosure, implicit bionormative references, and inadequate protection of biographical privacy. The paper proposes a reframing of teachers’ work grounded in self- determination and self-identification for the management of biographical sharing and outlines operational principles consistent with the 2023 Guidelines and relevant to curricula, educational agreements, and in-service teacher training.
