We report, for the first time, a field demonstration of quantum key distribution coexisting with 110- Tb/s full C-band dense wavelength-division multiplexed coherent transmission over field-deployed uncou-pled-core multi-core fibers with a standard 125-μm cladding diameter in L'Aquila, Italy. Various coexistence configurations and transmission distances are evaluated.
