L’involucro edilizio e la certificazione energetica

ABSTRACT The energetic efficiency of a building can be stimulated both with the use of elevated performance equipments, both above all conceiving the building envelope as an active screen as well as energy's transformer. To it is submitted in fact the primary function to optimize the interactions between inside microclima and external macroclima to the changing different environmental climatic conditions. But to give impulse to the improvement of the energetic performance also means to trace a new run for the building planning and to promote correlated, verifiable and controllable actions with the elaboration of a document: the Label of energetic efficiency. The duty of the Energetic Certification of the buildings is operational in Italy from the 8/10/2006; the directive, as other international initiatives, emerges from the knowledge than the sector of the constructions engraves under the environmental problem list and conditions it in substantial way. Departing from voluntary and experimental initiatives, a compulsory normative is introduced, characterized by a formulation type requirement - performance such to guarantee the necessary flexibility to the system however. Is therefore necessary to clarify the actual stage about this subject to verify as, departing for examples from what other countries did, planning lines for envelopes can be defined for a climatically sensitive architecture to different Italian climatic situations.
