One of the main goals of the present and next generation ultrapure liquid scintillator detectors is the determination of the CNO solar neutrino fluxes. In this work, we discuss a method of analysis that allows to determine the background due to beta decay of Bismuth-210 that represents the major limitation for CNO neutrino extraction in these detectors.

Abstract

One of the main goals of the present and next generation ultrapure liquid scintillator detectors is the determination of the CNO solar neutrino fluxes.
