The proposed methodology is intended to be an aid to the development of enterprise software for the Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT). We illustrate a real methodological process that evidences the need to use a software component called “Content Management”. The methodological process will be illustrated in practice for developing an application. The software component that implements and solves some software standard issues is an integrated part of the methodological proposal.
