In this paper we prove that a k-set of class [0,1,2,teta_1]_1 and type (teta_1teta_h-1,2teta_h-teta_0)_2h in a projective space of dimension 2h+1, h>0, and order q>3, satisfying a suitable graphic condition is the Corrado Segre variety.
