A Content Management Component for Developing Digital Terrestrial Television Applications

The proposed content management is intended to be an aid to the development of interactive software for the Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT). We also illustrate a real developing process that evidences the need to design and implement it as a software component. The developing process will be illustrated in practice for an application for newspaper articles’ reading. In parallel, we define a multi-level architecture that allows to minimize the computation on a decoder with limited resources.
