Abstract
We propose to exploit the anisotropy of the positions emitted in the reaction (v) over bar + p --> n + e(+) for extracting a possible antineutrino signal from the Superkamiokande background. The sensitivity to v(e) --> (v) over bar(e) transition probability is at the 3% lei el already with the statistics collected in the first hundred days. Within three years of data taking, this sensitivity will reach the 1% level, thus providing a stringent test of several theoretical models.File in questo prodotto:
