This report presents an overview of thirty-two papers submitted to the 19th ISCMGE and considered as part of the Technical Session TC102: In-Situ Testing. The papers are sorted into five major groups: site characterization, monitoring performance of geotechnical structures and site conditions, theoretical advances and modelling, development of new in-situ technology, benchmark geotechnical test sites. The aim of the report is to briefly review all topics and discuss major contributions provided by the papers.
