In time of pandemic and post-pandemic, debate on life skills has become lively again. Crisis that we are going through has amply demonstrated the fragility of our life environments like the healthcare, social, educational, cultural, technological ones. Such scenario demonstrates the need to strengthen the system of developing life skills, coping, resilience in order to make human and digital transitions more sustainable. Undergoing "transitions," without being equipped, makes us unable to navigate them usefully. Thus, this would risk widening the opportunity gap between individuals, worsening poverty and increasing social injustice.
