The research illustrated in the article is part of the digital and green transition of the construction process. It aims to define a methodology that can be implemented in post-disaster scenarios to promote rational, coordinated, controlled, and safe reconstruction. The study is part of a previous study aimed at drawing up a general construction plan for the Municipality of Fossa (AQ), Italy, capable of managing and coordinating the individual interventions within a more extensive reconstruction process that concerns the entire municipal area. Therefore, starting from a broad er context of reconstruction, the focus was then placed on a historical building, Palazzo Lazzaro, which was modeled with a BIM approach, and technologies exploiting the Internet of Things were used to manage and control the construction process in order to create a new data man agement platform.
