Synergy Events: Design for Strong Impact

Events are open doors to project progress and dissemination gateways to the whole community. Designing, managing, and monitoring these events efficiently have a significant impact on the success of a project. In this chapter, we present an overview of the events organized within the EUGAIN project, draw some strategy recommendations, and share some lessons learned. Our experience report provides suggestions and guidelines on how to manage events and raise awareness about diversity and inclusion.
